• Insurance. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington. Many insurance companies cover LMHC's, but I am not on any preferred provider list. If it is important that you receive full coverage then please check with your insurance provider before making an appointment with me.
• Payments. My clients pay me directly and seek reimbursement from their insurance company. I take checks, bankcards, Visa, Master Card, and American Express. I can provide a receipt with a diagnosis code (if applicable), procedure code, and amount. I am not responsible for reimbursement, so please check with your insurance company for details of coverage.
• My afternoon/evening schedule is often full, but please inquire anyway. If I can not fit you in an afternoon/evening time slot, here is what I can offer:
  • You can put your name on my waitlist.
  • You can request a daytime appointment.
  • You can request a referral. I work with several qualified therapists on the Eastside whom I highly recommend.
